OK - Once again the Data Doctors in Wayzata, MN came to my rescue. Last night my Lenova started going squirrely on me whenever I tried to view something on the internet. Words would scrunch-up into a blur and start shifting in an upward right direction so I could not even view the material.
Went online this morning to Data Doctor and left a message at about 9:30 AM. The owner called me back by 9:45, noting that I had actually, mistakenly indicated a preferred appointment date of December 30, 1999. He knew better. I had my computer to their office by 10:30. It was fixed while I was there by Kyle - super friendly and efficient.
I was out the door by 11:00....................at no charge! I insisted to pay $50, which I very happily did. DDr saved me so much time and money. I am a computer idiot, they could have easily bamboozled me into a long and costly repair (I wonder if they can do plumbing and auto repair?)
It's now 12:35 PM, same day, just 1 and 1/2 hours later and I am cranking out the work.
This isn't my first time using Data Doctors and it sure won't be my last. This is all true.
