| Tip of the Week: Word's hidden "All" options |
Those of you that spend your life in multiple Microsoft Word documents or Excel spreadsheets will be happy to know that there is a better way to close all your document than clicking on them one at a time. Simply hold down the Shift key before clicking on the File menu and the Close All and Save All options will appear in Word and the Close All will appear in Excel.

As we age our eyesight becomes....well, less effective. Text size is a very personal thing, especially when you are staring at a computer screen. The next time you want a Microsoft Office program to zoom in or out in a document, spreadsheet or presentation, instead of clicking multiple times through the View menu or finding the various View icons, simply hold down the Ctrl button and roll your mouse wheel up and down. Now, who's zoomin who? (Our apologies to Aretha Franklin!)
This tip also works in Outlook and Outlook Express when you are viewing an e-mail message!
