CPU always aty 100%.

Question

Hi my name is Binh Pham and i have a problem with my computer. I have Windows XP Pro. Everytime i go to the Windows Task Manager and then To Performance my CPU is Always 100%. Because its 100% all the time it slows all my programs down and i dont want my programs to be slow. If you can help me I will deeply Appreciate it. Thank you

This question was answered on November 14, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

Try to close any program that might be running and is not responding. Usually when more than one program is opened and not responding the cpu will shoot to 100% and stay up untill every program is closed. Also if you computer is constantly overflowed with pop ups they also tend to do that to your cpu.
