What BIOS can improve in your computer?

If I upgrade BIOS, what improvements should I see in performance?

Well after you upgrade your BIOS, It will only add-in some new features that would help your computer to support new devices, such as the latest ATA harddrives, the latest video card. Think about of windows update and patches that fix windows problems, the same way is the BIOS updrade or flash, the manufacture will give add some patches or fixes so you won't have no problem with any installation of the latest devices in your computer.

It really depends on the problem that you made encounter such as when you are upgrading a video card to a latest video card and your BOIS gives you problems such that it won't reconized it.
