what is not installing properly?

Question

Microsoft keeps updating my computer automatically, but when I look at the history on support.microsoft.com, it's the same two updates being downloaded time after time. Why?

By the way, I asked this question 10 days ago also. I thought the reason you asked for my e-mail address would be to send me a reply. I was wrong? So, I came back to your website to look to see if my question was posted there with a response. It wasn't there either. That's why I'm trying again. Help? Ben : )

Ben this may happen because when ever it trys to update automatically it is not connecting fully so it needs to update every chance it gets to update properly and go on
