what is the best os choice ??

Performance under Windows ME has always been poor, with system lock ups frequent. Should I upgrade to Windows XP?

This question was answered on December 11, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

if you want to upgrade to a reliable operating system, windows 2000 professional is a better choice for the simple fact that if you do not have enough RAM and install XP you will be experiencing lock ups and freezes again.
