windows don't recognize my webcam when i try to install or plug it in .

This question was answered on December 16, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

the first thing you eill want to make sure that the port (place where you havr it pluged in) is enabled to work. after that you will want to use the disk that came with to install the divice. this disk contains all the proper drivers for the camera.

if this does not work you can go to http://www.windrivers.com/ and look up the company that make the webcam and install the drivers for the website.
