What might cause the erorr,"General failure reading drive A"?

Question

I keep on getting "invalid system disk replace another disk then press any key"

How do I solve that?

Please explain specificly, each steps I'll have to do to solve the problem, because I'm not that good in computer.

these massages say that you ate trying to boot from a disk that is not bootable. Remove the disk from the drive and press any key. The computer bypasses the floppy drive and loads the OS from the hard drive.
