Visioneer one touch scanner will not scan text

my visioneer one touch scanner will not scan text.

it also does not enlarge or reduce by percentage.

This question was answered on April 20, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

You can go and try to dowload fro the internet. Please install the latest version of your BuzzSoft product and visit our Scanner Problems section to obtain the latest scanner driver from the manufacturers website. If you have for example an Epson printer try either installing the ESC/P2 printer driver from the Windows CD or contact Epson Technical Support.

Install the latest version of your BuzzSoft product.

If after installing the latest version of you BuzzSoft product any of the above problems still persist, please ensure the Use sheet feed option is not ticked.

Chops 1/2" off the bottom of the document when printing.

Resize the scan area in the preview window of the scanner user interface so that it is set to A4 to solve the above problem.
