Computer has crashed and states info. regarding Norton Ghost. What do you need to do?

My sister's computer has crashed and she has tried to reboot using her disk and it keeps freezing up. It keeps starting over and stating something about Norton Ghost. What does she need to do to fix this or will she need to take it to a professional tech support?

Norton Ghost 2003 prtotects data. It backups the hard drive, and there is no need to make a boot disc. It makes disc images of your computer's hard drive.
