How to reconfigured?

Question

When I try to connect to the internet at home I get an error message that says TSP/LAN may not be working properly. I have aol and am able to connect using my login and password at work. I checked to see if there was a modem and it had GV92 not installed. In October I ended my free year of aol and ever since it switched over to where I pay each month I have not been able to log on. I contacted AOL and they told me my computer needs reconfigured. Is this true and if so how do I do this? Please help.

Well depending on what AOL told you what has to be changed on your configration. With you knowing what has to be change Click: START, CONTROL PANEL, MODEMS, DIALING PROPERTIES, and then make the necessary changes
