Why doesn't my shift key work?

my shift key isnt working, i dont know whats wrong with it. i need some help

This question was answered on February 23, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

You need to clean your keyboard by removing the shift key and spray contact cleanser on it. Don't use rubbing alcohol.
