How I check what version of DOS I got?

how do i find what version of dos is in my computer. i like to find out if i have 6.0 or another version?thank you

At your command prompt type in the word:

ver

If this is'nt giving you a DOS version type in the word:

MSD

A little DOS application that shows a lot of system information will tell you what DOS version you are running.
