Tried erasing temp files?

Question

When I go to MS Windows Updates I get the message "Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page". This happens everytime now, it did not use to happen though.

To whom it may concern:

This happens often, you need to open up internet explorer, go into tools, internet options, then click on delete cookies, after that click on delete files and check the box that says delete offline contect and click ok. Click ok and restart internet explorer and now you should be able to update without any problem.
