Question
What do I do to back up a Microsoft Word file? I see no place to click "back up," as in my
QuickBooks program.
Have you saved the file in another location?

AnswerThis question was answered on June 7, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting. To whom it may concern: To backup a file is very simple. The best way to backup a file is to take a floppy disk and save that same file on the floppy disk that you saved on your computer that you wanted to backup. If the file is too big for a floppy drive you can always back it up to burn the file onto a CD, get an external harddrive, and/or use a Thumb Drive. This is manually backing up the file, so if you somehow delete or lose the original on the computer you will always have a backup on another drive, CD, or even floppy disk.
