How can I get my scanner to work?

An unsuccessful application exit has left windows in an unstable state. You should restart windows.

After a single scan on HP scanner have to re boot.

This question was answered on June 7, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

All of the device software might not be installed When you plug in and install your device, be sure to follow the manufacturer's directions and install all of the software that accompanied your scanner. You may also want to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers for the scanner.
