MS Access

Question

1. When i work with MS Access it says "problem occured while connecting to OLE server or activeX control. close it outside the access and perform the original operation"

what is causing this???? could you help me????

2. I have forgotten the administrator password in my system. How could i crack the password or how can i change the password???

Nothing strikes me as odd, here, so I jump to the following questions/suggestions:

* is there an activeX control on the form that might cause this problem (calendar control)?

* could it be a corruption issue (it's what I usually suspect when getting similar "unexplainable" errors)
