problems with HP deskjet 722c and

i have a hp deskjet 722c printer , i can not use it with windows xp please help me to use my printer

Unfortunately Hewlett-Packard no longer posts drivers for the Deskjet 722c on its Web site. But follow these intstrutions that might help:

When you start Windows, go to your setup screen-usually F1 or F2. Change the LPT setting from ECP to EPP and change the port setting to "Enable".

When doing this, Windows should be able to identify the printer immediately on startup. It will probaly identify it as HP deskjet 720c instead of 722c.
