Is the HP Plotter Printer running IP or directly connected to a computer or?
If connected directly to a computer what is the computer's OS?
If the above line is true I have to assume the computer has a static IP address!
If connected to a computer and shared out via M$' OS what is the OS on the other 23 computers?
If connected to a computer, shared out via M$' OS and all 23 computers have the same OS then it is easy to do.
** You must know the share name of the printer. (i.e.: HPpp500)
Steps:
1. l/c/o START > RUN
2. type in the IP Address of the computer directly connected to the printer above followed by the share name
3. ie: \\192.168.1.1\HPpp500 or \\printersvr\HPpp500
4. l/c/o OK
5. A message box should display stating something regarding drivers must be loaded before printing. Click on YES and the drivers will be installed. This would have to be done one time per computer.
Note:
• When asking for help try to give as much information as possible
• There are too many variables and there is no way to get a correct answer when the question is vague
• Chances are you are probably running M$' OS' but that is not the OS in the world
• Being I am missing information regarding your situation I can only guess at an answer for you
