Have you updated your display adapter?

Question

Is there a way to change display settings before the computer boots to windows? I changed the settings and now all I got is black screen and I can't see to change it back. I can't even get to the safe mode.

This question was answered on December 21, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

Press f8 until you get the initial screen and then press V for vga screen.. Then let it install and then reinstall /update your display adapter.
