How to install DOS program?

Question

How do I install a DOS data- base program from another HD to my Win 98 machine & how to run it once it's installed. The program is called Alpha 4. Thanks for any help.

This question was answered on February 14, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

You have two options to install a DOS program.

1. Copy the setup file for the data-base program. Find the location for specific file. Upload it using the command line.

2. Since Windows 98, support both DOS and Fat 16 or Fat32, it shouldn't be a problem to transfer the files.
