What is overtasked?

Question

I recently bought "The Matrix Online" and my computer needed more memory and a new video card .... For some reason whenever i play games the graphics look fine , but i get this lag that occurs every 20 - 30 seconds or so .... is it my motherboard?!

Although you purchased a new video card and more memory, the game you are running seems to be utilizing most of you systems resources. Even though your computer may meet the games minimum system requirements, it is always best to have a system that is well above the minimum these requirements in oder to avoid the lags you are experiencing.
