How do I retrieve the Administrative Password?

I have two Admin account in my Windows2000 OS.

I want to retrieve the admin password of other account from my admin account.

How can I retrieve the password of that admin account.

I DO NOT WANT TO RESET THE PASSWORD

I just want to retrieve that password.

This question was answered on September 9, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

As the Administor of Admin Accounts you should have the passwords in a safe file away from the computer. You should have set up a password Reset Disk when you were setting up the admin files.
