AnswerThis question was answered on October 11, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting. The problem may lay in your BIOS settings. To access BIOS you need to hit the F12 key when your computer first starts up (You should see the computer manufacture logo). From there access your system settings or memory settings and check that your BIOS has the correct RAM settings.
