What can I do about Hacktool Rootkit Virus?

I have been infected with the Hacktool Rootkit Virus. What should I do? Do you know anything about Processguard--software to prevent rootkit virus infection?

As for Processguard software go to this link: http://www.allworldsoft.com/software/12-414-diamondcs-processguard.htm and it gives the specs on it and gives the details of what it is and what it can do.
