How do I get Winspool.drv and powrprf.dll error message corrected?

I am receiving multiple messages when my computer starts that Winspool.drv is not found and also a few messages about powrprf.dll I need to know where I can find a site to download Winspool

This question was answered on November 9, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

For the powerprf.dll you will want to check the configuration schedule of the system. For Winspool.drv you will need to see if you can find the file on someone else’s computer or you could reinstall your Windows ME when you install it reinstalls all of the missing drivers.
