AnswerThis question was answered on December 29, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting. Dear CPU, There are many brands of computer processers that may not be compatiable with your computer, but I could tell you the best selling CPU on the market, which are Intel PD 8xx Dual Core (775), AMD Athlon 64 (939), Intel P4 (478). If you would like to replace your motherboard I would suggest the following motherboards: Intel D955XBKLKR Intel Socket 775 ATX Motherboard / Audio / PCI Express / Gigabit LAN / USB 2.0 & Firewire / Serial ATA Asus A8N SLI Deluxe NVIDIA Socket 939 Motherboard / PCI Express / Audio / Dual Gigabit LAN / SLI / Serial ATA / Dual RAID / USB 2.0 & Firewire You need to check the documentation to see if you need to replace the motherboard.
