What is fw_who should be in charge_.eml?

I have an envelope icon in "my documents" -

fw_who should be in charge_.eml

it locks up my computer and I can't get rid of it. HELP!

This is a virus. Most likely the Nimda worm. You must obtain anti-virus software if you do not have it already and scan and clean your computer. the anti-virus will find the virus and specify which one it is. If it is the Nimda worm you can go to

to download a tool to clean it completely. If it is a different virus do a Google search of its name to obtain any information on what you may have to do to clean your system further.

You must be sure to never open E-mail attachments unless you are sure it is safe and to have an anti-virus, like McAffee or Norton, program running that checks E-mail as well as internet browsing.
