How do I connect to the internet with Qwest

I have high speed though qwest but it isn't working 90% of time how can I find out whats wrong.

You would have to contact your provider to find out if it is a connection issue or check to see if it is something more serious like a problem with set up. It could also be your Windows 98 and if it is then you would need to upgrade to a newer version of Windows. Ask Qwest if they support your current Operating system and or hardware information.
