It would appear that users of the Norton 3.0 program who also own Iomega Zip drives are experiencing severe problems that can cripple your ZIP disks when using the Rescue Disk function.

The fine folks at Symantecs tech support are well aware of this problem and were willing to replace any damaged disks when this bug was first reported. They most likely will tell you to upgrade to the newest version at this point.
