How to recover data from my flash drive?

can data be recovered from a flash drive if it all of the sudden says disk is not formatted correctly and reformatting it will loss all data?

Most of the flash drives are ready to use, meaning you do not have to format them. If your computer displays that the disk is not formatted, reformatting will cause all of your data to be lost. Try to save all of your data that you have on the flash drive, or save the data to another flash drive after reformat your flash drive and after the reformatting is done, transfer your data back to your flash drive. This should process should fix the problem.
