How do I restore my Quick Launch tool bar?

I deleted my Desktop Quick Launch icon in the Task Tray by mistake, and emptied my Recycle Bin before I realized it. How can I get a new Desktop Quick Launch icon in my Task Tray?

To restore you Quick Launch tool bar follow the steps listed below:

1. Right Click in an empty space on your Start Menu TaskBar.

2. Scroll to Tool Bars

3. Check Quick Launch Tool bar.
