AnswerThis question was answered on June 30, 1999. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting. ISSUE: A blank page, or an extra page with legible text prints out with the print job. SOLUTION: A separator page may be turned on in Windows, within the application, or on the network. Try printing from several applications. If a page prints out in only one application, that application may have a summary page selected to print out. If a page prints out from different applications, a separator page may be turned on in Windows or on the network. How to turn off the separator page in Windows 95 or 98: Select Start. Select Settings. Highlight the printer you are using. Select File. Select Properties. In the section labeled "Separator Page," select None. Click Apply. Click OK.
