AnswerThis question was answered on July 14, 1999. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting. The most likely cause of your problem is in the BIOS of your computer. This chip controls what the operating system sees. Check with the manufacturer of your computer to make sure the version of the BIOS in your computer is capable of supporting the Superdisk drive. Also, in order to store this much data you must be using the Imation Superdisk Diskettes that are specially made (and expensive) to hold 120mg. The Imation Superdisk drives can work with regular floppies but they will not be able to hold 120mg, just the amount that they are capable of.
