How do i get the start bar back?

This question was answered on June 21, 2007. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

Move your cursor to the bottom of the screen. It should change to a double arrow pointing up and down. Click and drag upwards and it should begin to rise. Depending on your computer it could also be on the top or the sides of your screen. The idea is that you are trying to drag it on to the visible screen from the edges of the monitor.
