Can I Remove Vista and Install XP?

Question

I have alaptop with windows vista. I want to install windows xp on it.

On installing windows xp i am getting an error

"Cannot find hard drive"

Then I download drivers for motherbooard and Press F6 while installing Windows xp. Install drivers for SATA drive windows xp but still same eror.

Any idea?

I don't have a good answer for you, but here it is. You can't go back to XP on a computer that came with Vista. As you found here, you are missing a driver that XP uses to control your hard drive. You will likely find that even if you were able to install XP, you wouldn't be able to use your wireless or your card readers might not work. The laptop has been designed for Vista and Vista only.
