Why is my computer running slower?

Question

Bought my pc from Data Doctors 3 yrs ago.

Now it's running slower. Especially documents and Word.

Help.

First off nice choice going with Data Doctors those guys make a great computer, second there are a few suggestions I want to give you that could help speed up your computer. The first is you can try defragging your main drive which Im guessing they set up as your C: drive. Right click on this drive under my computer and try defragging and relacating memory, both can take some time so be patient. You may also want to scan your computer with your anti-virus program to see if anything is detected that it can clean up as well. There is always upgrading as well putting some more RAM in your computer will also help speed it up immensely. Good luck, and take care!
