Why can I not boot up my computer?

Hi!

my computer is not working, when you go to turn it on, it loads up takes you to the windows sign in screen where you select your logon and then it loads the main screen where you can make your selection( to go online, etc.,), then it goes blank and restarts from the beginning again and continues to reboot itself over and over again.

I just brought this emachines computer last year...what do I do?

Hey there, sorry to hear about your problem your having, e machines can be a little tricky at times. This could be an overheating issue, or one of your components may have been damaged as well. You may want to have a dignostics check run by a computer technical center such as data doctors, or make sure you have an anti-virus installed as well once you get back up and running. Thanks, Kevin
