Computer Running slow?

my pc is working very slowly. cursor jumps while working.

The first thing I would do is check task manager to see if you have any process that is hogging your CPU usage or RAM. If there is no process hog my guess is that your running software that your hardware can't support very well. Another possibility is that you have a virus or spyware. I recommend a program like AVG which is a free anti-virus solution.
