Why won't Windows start up?

WINDOWS WILL NOT START UP. a PROBLEM HAS OCCUR WHEN SOFTWARE WAS DOWNLOADED

Hi,

Try starting it in safe mode then rebooting, or if you have the option try using Last known good configuration, and see if you can get in that way. Let me know via email if this works.
