Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
This problem has been resolved for versions of Juno higher than 1.14. (To check which version of Juno you are using, select 'About Juno' from the 'Help' menu.) If you are still using version 1.14 or below, you can upgrade to our most recent release by downloading it from our Web site (http://www.juno.com/getit.html), or if you prefer, you can call our order hotline at (800) 654-JUNO [654-5866]. Please note that you will be charged $8.82 to receive a Juno disk through the mail.
As a temporary workaround, please follow these steps to print the message:
Save the message you'd like to print as a text file. To do so, select 'Save Message As Text File' from the 'File' menu.
Start up Notepad (or a word processor) and open the text file that the message is saved as.
Print as you would normally with that application.
Alternatively, you can also click the 'Reply' button while you are viewing the message in the Read screen. If you then click the 'Print' button, the message should be reformatted so that the text will no longer run off the edge of the page when you print it.
