How do I tell the AOL software to use 10 digit dialing?

trying to change my access number since my area code is now 480. Followeed the AOL directions--says to select at least 2 numbers on the list, but there is only one in 480 (and it doesn't want to accept that number!) Help!!!

According to AOL the best way to handle this situation is do the following:

Act as if you were still in the 602 area code and choose several numbers. Once you have done this, click on the Setup button on your sign-on screen. Next, click on Expert Setup which should reveal your current selections. Double-click on the first entry which will bring up an Edit Number screen. Add 602 to the beginning of the number in the "Edit Number here:" box, which will tell the AOL software to dial 10 digits. Click on OK and do the same for the remaining numbers in the list.
