Dell Computer Corporation is voluntarily recalling certain AC adapters supplied with Dell™ Latitude™ LM notebook computers and Dell Latitude LM Port Replicators.

Dell has determined that certain AC adapters used with the Latitude LM notebook computer and Latitude LM Port Replicator contain connector pins that may break off when the AC adapter is disconnected from the AC power cord. Although unlikely, a broken connector pin may remain lodged and exposed in the AC adapter power cord. If the power cord is still plugged into the wall outlet, there is a risk of serious electric shock if the exposed pins are touched.
