How can i get back to windows

Question

I was using the Norton Utilities and created a Rescue Boot

disk and restarted my computer with it.It's fix the problem

and return me to the DOS at A:\> . I don't know what to do

next.I try to restart the computer, but I end up same A:\> .

shut down the computer and remove the rescue disk do a cold boot and it should startup to windows
