How can I find my pictures on my hard drive?

I down loaded my fuji digital camera and now I can't find the photo's i know where loaded on the sreen I think I didn't save them onto a file so how can I retreve them or uninstall software to reinstall camera to start again ( sheila herdsman) I want to install disk again but it won't let me

Hi. If you did download your images successfully, they should be somewhere on your hard drive. Fortunately, they will be simple to find if you just follow the steps I outline below for you.

1. Click "Start", then point to "Find", and then select "Files or Folders..."

2. This opens a dialog window called Find: Files or Folders.

3. In the Named box type this exactly *.jpg

4. Leave the middle box blank

5. In the Look In box type this exactly C:

6. Check the box that says "Include Subfolders"

7. Click the button "Find Now"

Let the computer work and it will find all your pictures, and it will also find any other pictures you may have on your computer that are in the same file format. Doulbe-click on a file to open it. That's it!
