How do I stop a print job?

Question

You have information about stopping the printer.Seems complicated...I just pull out the paper thats in the printer tray and it stops when it looks for some more paper .It will ask me if I want to cancel printing and I click yes.Any thing wrong with this way of stopping the printer?

Also ,why don`t you retain the component information I have given you before?
