how do i fix error messages in outlook

When I exit out of mmicrosoft outlook 2000, i get an error message saying "outlook has caused an error in kernal32.dll. How can i fix this?

uninstall outlook 2000 and then reinstall it. if this doesn't work try

using your emergenency repair disk. As a last resort reformat your hard drive and reinstall windows 2000 then your other software.
