QuickBooks and Windows XP upgrade problem!

Quickbooks and Windows XP may not mix!

If you attempted to upgrade to Windows XP and got the following error message:

Fatal Error

Setup Cannot Continue. Please Contact Microsoft Technical Support. (Error: 3E6h)

the problem may be with Intuit's QuickBooks program.

Microsoft has posted a warning with some options for continuing at:
