when a picture is to big to open

Question

When I download a picture from a digital camera it is too large for me to view. I can move it around on my monitor and can see what it is but can not see the whole picture at the same time.

This question was answered on February 15, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

you need to set the picture as a jpeg first. to do this, go to the setting in the camera then you can see it were it says snaptshot image format click on jpeg and then press enable photo. re start the computer and the settings will be saved.
