1. THE FIRST STEP IS TO SEE IF THE KEYBOARD IS DAMAGED. PLACE ANOTHER KEYBOARD THAT YOU KNOW IS WORKING PROPERLY ON YOUR COMPUTER TO SEE IF IS JUST YOUR KEYBOARD THAT IS NOT WORKING. IF THE PROBLEMS STILL OCCURS WITH A DIFFERENT KEY BOARD THAN TRY STEP 2.
2. A POSSIBLE REASON WHY YOUR (TAB) DOESNT WORK IS BECAUSE THE DEVICE DRIVERS FOR YOUR KEY BOARD MAY BE OUTDATE. IN ORDER TO DOWNLOAAD YOUR DEVICE DRIVER CLICK THE WORLD ICON ON YOUR DESKTOP OR START MENU THAT SAYS (WINDOWS UPDATE) NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE INTERNET FOR THIS. AFTER YOU GET RE-DIRECTED TO THE WEBSITE FOLLOW THE (UPDATE DRIVERS) AND DOWNLOAD AFTER THEIR ARE FULLY DOWNLOADED OR INSTALLED RESTART YOUR COMPUTER AND SEE IF THE PROBLEM IS SOLVE.
